The Letter I

If you hang out at our house for more than 10 minutes, there is a good chance that Maya will want you to help her build an enormous Letter I. She builds it out of Legos that have letters on them, so she likes to talk about all of the letters, in addition to singing songs about either BINGO the dog (which the blogger really wishes I could zap out of her memory) or made up songs about towers (Maya loves towers). When the HUGE Letter I is complete, Maya shouts, “Mommy, its the letter I!!” And then someone (usually Hana) touches it and it comes crashing to the ground. Maya is usually a pretty good sport about the whole thing, because we get to build the Letter I all over again. And again. And again.
